Elliott Amsden

Born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, CA.
Played football throughout high school and in college at Chapman University.
Coached NFL, MLB, and Olympic athletes at one of the top strength and conditioning facilities in the country, @EXOS.
Passion for coaching young athletes to give them the experience I wished I had when I was there age.
Has extensive experience coaching/training athletes from all sports to ensure athletes reduce the risk of injury while also improving in their skill.
When I am not coaching – I love exploring all that Tahoe has to offer with my two dogs and my fiancé.
